Independent Validation and Verification

Independent Validation and Verification service of iii Technologies are provided by our SAP Program Advisory experts to assess whether your SAP implementation is done according to your business requirements and scope defined in the project charter. Our IV&V service is unique for SAP and ERP implementations because we primarily focus on your IT vendor implementation verification and whether it complies with the business requirements, use case scenarios, scope and goals defined for the project.

Typical IV&V Engagement Model

We usually recommend that you engage an IV&V service provide at the beginning of the project so that the implementation validation is performed proactively and continuously throughout each phases of the project. Our SAP IV&V expert will assess your implementation and produce IV&V Assessment Reports which are submitted to the executive sponsor of the project. These reports contain the project elements and deliverables being assessed along with our findings and recommendation for continuous improvements throughout the program. Please refer to below matrix on the IV&V and Quality Gate asessments we usually perform on a medium sized SAP implementations.
