Deepak Mandrekar is the founder, CEO and Managing Partner of iii Technologies. He founded the company in Fall 2005 to provide program management and transformation management consulting services focusing on the best practices and expertise he developed while working with SAP America since 2001. He is also the head of Business Transformation and SAP Advisory Practice. He is an hands-on leader by example and since its founding years he has been spending majority of his time at one of our clients leading global transformation program.

Deepak has almost 20 years experience in the IT industry and has spent last 15 years focused on SAP business transformation programs with some of the fortune 500 companies and industry leaders such as Dupont, Kodak, General Mills, Rohm & Haas, Luxottica and Philips North America. He has been part of 17 SAP business transformation initiatives and the last 11 programs he has served in the leadership championing these programs. He uses our proprietary tools and best practices to help his clients define business strategy, assess transformation needs, execute program and manage entire initiative end-to-end throughout its lifecycle. He has led the turnaround of at least 4 large transformation programs that were in crisis and required major calibrations for a successful deployment.

Throughout his career, Deepak has advised executive leadership teams of some of the global leading companies across diverse industries including retail, manufacturing, consumer goods, healthcare, public sector and financial services. He works collaboratively with his clients and their chosen transformation IT vendors throughout the program to deliver best in class transformation results. He brings structured and disciplined approach to any business transformation program using the best practices and lessons learned from the 17 SAP project deployments.
