SAP Claims Management (using SAP FS-CM): Allows you to manage claims handling process, payment processing in claims, manage billing, invoices, reserves, subrogation, litigation, document management, fraud detection, etc.
Collections and Disbursements (using SAP FS-CD): Enables you with optimal way to manage billing and receivables in the insurance life cycle including premium billing to policyholders, billing and payments to brokers / agents, payments to all third parties including members, doctors, lawyers, etc. Using FS-CD you can also process incoming checks, other outgoing payments, dunning, managing installment plans and interaction with external collection agencies.
Systems Integration (SAP PI): Using SAP PI (Process Integration) you can integrate with your internal and external systems. Internal systems may include third party policy management system, legacy HR or CRM system. External systems may include state reporting agencies, fraud handling service providers, EDI or print vendors.
Analytical Reporting (SAP BI): Using SAP BI (Business Intelligence) which also integrates with Business Objects you can create an enterprise data warehouse to meet your company's analytical and strategic reporting needs.
