Recruiting Process for Permanent Positions
Submit details of SAP Consultant with job description and desired skills you are seeking to fill to our Staffing Department. We will call you to understand details of your SAP implementation and analyze the skills that may be required to meet the expectations of the project. For permanent we will see if we can find the best SAP consultant in our database that suits your requirements. Otherwise we will collect resumes by advertising the job opening and assign one of our SAP consultants to review the resumes received. For all the qualified candidates our SAP functional or technical experts will conduct 20-30 minute phone interview to validate candidates experience against the requirements of the customer and also verify the depth of SAP consulting knowledge in the SAP modules mentioned in the requirement and also the resume. All SAP consultants or developers who pass our phone interview with over 80% satisfaction rating are then forwarded to the hiring manager within your company. You can then proceed with your own phone and/or on-site interviews and either iii Technologies or your company can perform the background checks. We will check for the references once the selection of the SAP consultant is confirmed by the client.
