Used SAP XI 7.10 (now SAP Process Integration - PI 7.10) to map business objects and messages for integrating SAP CRM system with Claims Management backend system. Tasks included creation of messages and enhancement of messages in XI, configuration of synchronous and asynchronous message interfaces in XI system and creation of proxies in the ERP system. Build business object model for messages and manage the system configuration using SLD (System Landscape Directory). Details : Manage and review tasks of development team on-site and prepare functional/technical specifications in coordination with the super users. Details : Designed and developed warehouse and inventory tracking solution for New Jersey CRTK and Federal SARA reporting. Functionality primarily comprised of ABAP/4 development to collect warehouse inventory data on nightly basis followed by data optimization and archiving. Reporting was triggered off a dialog transaction and SAP regulatory & MM data was read using RFC and BAPIs from remote R/3 systems. WM data was initialized by ABAP background job into the collection table after archiving so as to ensure accuracy of current stock levels from the database. Additional tasks for this project included data dictionary setup, IMG configuration, RFC setup, setup of background jobs, project management, functional and technical specification. Worked with the lead business and functional experts to create training manual and user documentation.
